SL Photo Contest Calender was created and the brain child of a few photographers in SL who found that there was no resource for them to pick and choose from which contests they would enter, and for the smaller contests that ultimately struggled to obtain quality photographers to up the ante in their competitions.
Whether the contest is a judged, voted, or both type, whether it is for bragging rights, Lindens, or a sponsor prize, all of these contests are identified and provided a great deal of information in one place so that they can market to the elite crowds of photographers in SecondLife.
